Refund policy

At Saved Out Loud, all of our products are made to order through a print-on-demand process. Because of this, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect sizing, color preference, or change of mind.

We are committed to delivering high-quality products. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can review and resolve it promptly. If the issue qualifies, we will gladly send a replacement at no additional cost.

This policy applies only to damaged or incorrect items. We cannot offer replacements for items marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
